gio35 : FM 2011 released at 5 november. Nearly 3 months passed and no useful Scout programme in use thats a huge delay i think.Of course noone has to do that programme but if u are doing it just do it if not give ur codes to anyone else can if u really like fm users and want them to play their games with more fun. For me i dont care about Genie Scout anymore i get used to play without it. İ just tried my old saves and they didnt work so no problem i continue playing

Yes it's a bit late, but we made no promise for release date in the first place. We just said it would eventually be released, and it did. You should feel lucky it's even released anyway.
The code is property of Eugene and he decides what to do with it, and I respect whatever decision he takes. Obviously you are unable (either because you can't or because you don't want) to understand that. If you think you can do a better job, prove it; until then learn to say "thank you".
