Best defensive tactic

Hello, I am looking for a tactic that would allow me to win everything as before, but thanks to it the game would be more realistic, because I was already bored with winning titles with a balance of 130-28. I care about tactics, first of all, very good in defense. I can shoot, for example, 100 I expect goals, but I would like to lose only 15. Because there are a lot of tactics and it is easy to create a tactic that will provide a lot of goals, the trick is to create one that will score a lot of goals and concede almost none at all.

Maybe you have such a tactic because I can't find it anywhere, and I'm not a great tactician and I won't do it myself.

Your best chance to do this in my opinion is to employ a Possesion based tactic; when you have the ball you can't concede. You'll need to have very creative players who can unlock opposition defences while your game tempo remains low
