Setting Loan Boundaries

I have could sworn that somewhere I saw that you can set boundaries for all outgoing loan players so you don't get loads of unhelpful loan offers - requiring all clubs requesting loans adhere to certain conditions to even allow you to entertain that loan - playing time, level of competition, etc - but I cannot find it anywhere. I am finally taking on a serious top flight save and I'm being inundated with loan offers that want my players to be League Two fringe fodder.

How do I set these loan conditions to stop the tyre-kickers from flooding my inbox?
