Tactics with two Strikers

Hi

I use a 3-2-2-1-2 formation (3-4-1-2) but I have doubts about what roles my two strikers should have.

One is currently with AF attacking mentality and the other is Poacher attacking mentality.
The AMC is AP with attacking mentality.

Any recommendations for their roles?

It is the same challenge with my two DMC
One with BWM support and the other is DLP Support.
