I am knew to this kind of stuff ( I manage for the first time an english club) and i really want to know when a player can get work permit . Firstly, I thought that it have somethink to do with appearences in the national team , but I doubt it cause
peterborought sing Danny Murphy (uncapped)and I couldn't sing (among others uncapped) the following players :
1. Mauro Rosales ( 10caps / 1 goal )
2. Sayed Moawad ( 39 caps / 2 goals)
3. Fidel Martinez ( 2 caps / 1 goal )
4. Fawzi chaouchi ( 2 caps / 0 goal )

2&4 are members of their national team at the current time .

Can anyone help please ?

Thank you
I think in English league a player have to play at least 4 games in last 16 games of international level or have a EU nationality.

More like 12 in the last 16 I think. 75%...
This rule is usually the only reason I don't play in England, because if you start with a lower league club you just can't find any players. (I just started a game in which I made all countries member of the EU, which kind of disables the work permits_
Thanks guys , obviously without latin america and ukrain&serbia markets it would be tough , but if its ok with EU passport , I know where to search ...
this rule dosent make any sense,

lets imagine there's a very talented young Brazilian player, but of course he cant be easily called up for national team.On the other hand for example Sudanesse players even with half talent of Brazilians have right to play in Premier league becuase they can easily play in their national teams.

is there any rule against this situation i dont know? i mean you cant accept all national teams in same level.

If a hot prospect has a PA above a certain level, England will give him a work permit as well ;)
