I am challenged to understand the philosophy behind training (and skill gain) in the game.
What I do understand is:
* Good training facilities
* Good trainers
Okay - that part is quite understandable
I have experienced that other mechanisms also apply
* Player mood (bad mood -> angry players) tend to train poorly
* 1st team matches also seem to effect skill gain
Here are my questions:
1. What does each training category cover? (attack, defending, aerobics, etc.)?
2. I cannot seem to raise/change the 30 pct. on tactics - each time I go away from screen and back it is set on 30 pct. :-(
3. What should young/midlle age/older players focus on?
4. What should each position (defender, back, striker, etc.) focus on?
5. Should I be focussing strenght/aearobics preseason and more skills when playing season?
6. What determines when player gets unhappy with training schedule - and when will I know when each individually are set at the correct amount?
7. When getting injured people back in shape should on focus on specific training parameters?
8. My last question is the most annoying! Where can I see how many trainers I am allowed to have? And WHY am I only able to max a max salery on 1.000 UK pounds for trainers when I have a semi star team in premier league (played Rotherham from low division to premier league now - 1st season here.....)
