I am looking for a specific set of criteria for a database I would like to have but am simply too lazy to spend the time learning to create it.
I want a non-brexit england where there are no home or club grown requirements. I want no home grown or club requirements within any international competitions that an English leagues manager might find themselves in.
I want higher youth ratings across all countries (170 or so) also.
I think that is the ideal-ish database I am looking for - Now is a good time for me to post this since the winter update is now out and this should see me through until the next fm.
I am happy to agree on a price for the database to be made with these modifications.
