Wonderkid PAs and CAs suddenly at 0

A number of wonderkids have suddenly had their CA and PA drop down to 0. Some sort of bug it seems. Has this ever happened to anyone? What can be done?

It not happens with official database, official skin. Unless you are using a third app (eg. FMRTE) to edit something or the custom database is off.
