Access violation at address 00B27874 in module 'FMGenieScout.exe'.

I tried to open the GS but it appears the above messages.

I have used the GS for a very long time, recently, I add more leagues and change the detail level to max to the game. Is it the cause?

Try uninstalling FMGenie Scout in control panel, from programs part, then delete the folder that was created when you installed FMGS, then try to install again "that worked for me, I installed it on disk c:/FMgenie Scout for reference"
