I have recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro after a lifetime of Windows. I've installed the game again but when I follow the online instructions/videos I can't find the 2430 file to allow me to install the real name fix download. I've never struggled on Windows to install the download, if anyone can help it would be most appreciated.

In Finder click "Go" and then hold down the option key. Now library appear right? Then just follow:
Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 2024/database/data/db/2430/
