Can't load any save games

Get this error with both of my save games, one is 11.0, and the other is 11.2. Here is the error:

BTW I am on Windows Vista.

There's a version specific thread to submit bugs and there's another one outlining how you should do it. I'm closing down this one, and will delete once you post it where you should.
