Lack of discipline

My players sometimes comes to me and say they are unhappy with the discipline in the club - what can one do about that?

I dont know if this helps but try to rotate your squad and also praise and criticize the players and maybe give warnings when they god red card.

And make sure you say things like 'stay on feet' or 'stand-off opponents'

my problem is similar, but with excessive yellow cards!

my tackling isn't even 'hard', its normal!
but i have about 6 players with their limit reached at least two times this season on almost every competition! on press conferences i reprehend them heavily, but since they get 1 Yellow a game, i cant fine them, that option is only available after a red card

It might be because you have the set as press more.

you're right macdab, but that's part of my strategy, i like my teams to put some pressure and dont let opponents move an inch!
i guess ill just have put some depth in my squad to compensate the V.I.P's miss matches!
