Your English is fine mate, and ratings are definitely something to consider, but do you have certain tactics for the start of the match team talks wise?
You mean what i tell them before the start of the match?
i always demand a win no matter what division or cup, harsh but over a period of time it breeds a determined mentality. half time anybody below 6.5 i always tell make a difference or faith in ability, 6.6 and above just pleased, never anything else otherwise they become complacent. at the end of the game anything 7 and above sensational or amazing, anything between 6.6 and 6.9 pleased, happy. 6-6.5 dissapointing. and below that angry, but make sure you private chat anyone your angry with and tell them that their last performance was unacceptable, and then the next game they start tell them you expect a performance. i`ve always done this with every team i`ve ever managed, even the lowest conference north/south team at bottom of league, although it takes about 5 games before you start to see the difference when you 1st start at a club.
by the way i also do this in pre-season aswell even against higher graded teams.
any subs in the match always tell them expect a performance, surprising what can happen, especially when a striker comes off the bench to bag a hat-trick with 15 mins to go and gets man of the match.
This is the best recomendation for teamtalks until today.. Im using fm 2023 in the year 2024 .. Just click where your assistant manager recomend in the team talks window and then by the time individual teamtalks just use this pattern.. It worka for me.... Thanks evooo
