I would like to hear what players you usally buy in the start of the game to your team, i know that everyone have there favourites.
I started with Arsenal and my absolute top favourite players to buy are:
Rene Adler - To strenghten Arsenals very poor Goalkeeping
Jan Vertonghen - To add more quality to the defence
Eden Hazard - Just because he is (according to me) one of the absolute best young players in the game, first team material
For me:
Bartlomiej Pacuszka- quite good young full-back for lower leagues.
Fernanado Ismael Rodrugiez Morales- good left winger for Polish league.
2 Players for me, both pretty young;
Kevin Long (DCR) of Burnley, turns into a fantastic Centre Back
Leigh Griffiths (ST) of Dundee, Deadly Striker at any level!

When I managed Leicester, it was Tom Cairney, Leonel Galeano and Ahmed Soukouna. 3 great prospects!
I always buy Igor Akinfeev (GR) of CSKA Moscow and Paulo Henrique Ganso (AMC) of Santos.

I like the look of Galeano, pretty good attributes, predicted to be the next Walter Samuel as well.
Is there anyone that have played with Khouma Babacar for a longer time, i think he is a striker for the future.

I have checked Paulo Henrique and he look like a really good player, but if i must choose one brazilian youngster it would be Neymar, but both are quality players.

it's funny, he's not that young, he's not that great stat-wise but he's wiped the floor with john terry in my chelsea-game...
cardozo is a favourite of mine, scores goals left right and centre, bought him majority of the seasons ive had the game

To be honest I have signed them both for several teams but currently in the Premiership with Bristol City
Anthony Annan is a player I buy regularly. And Verkhovtsov is also quite good for his price
I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the number of cheap good players in FM2011, though.
In FM2010, one could pick up, for example, Eduardo Salvio for ~3-4m in the first season and he could grow to be a second Messi (he actually replaced Messi in the Argentina squad in one of my games). And there were more similar players. But in FM2011, comparable players tend to cost 10m+ (which is simply too much for an average club).
But when playing with a club that does have money, I usually buy one (or more) these:
Neymar (quite expensive (20m+) but worth it!)
Paulo Henrique
René Adler (amaazzzing goalkeeper and cheap for his capabilities (~25m))
Eden Hazard
Phil Jones
Necip Uysal
Vaclav Kadlec of Sparta Prague. Cheap and amazing quality for an 18 year old. Signed him for West Ham.
Andrea Ranocchia!(Italy)I signed him for Celtic.He is DC and he has 11 goals in 23 appearances!!!He is my 3rd scorer!Hahaha
His aerial ability is unbelievable really!And he isn't very expensive...3-4 million i think...
