new update

Sorry if this is in the wrong area, but is there going to be a new update to the database after this transfer window? I guess there would be but just making sure.

Because if not I want to start doing some transfers now rather than later.

I dont know the time of day/night it will be released, i only know that's supposed to be out in around late February - early march.

just for curiosity, what's the difference between day or night ??
