Want a lower english club in which i can build a team. Ideas?

If you want to start from the bottom, without creating leagues why not try Luton(BNP)? or Stevenage(L2)?
Gateshead are always worth a look. They could be capable of great things. Had a few good saves with them across many different FMs 
I agree with the southampton idea defo build around Chamberlain alot of prem sides will come after him but if u hang on and play him right it be decent.
stevenage is another one.
If you want to go lower then maybe look at wimbledon AFC? they have a decent squad which you can build into your own shape

Dover is a very good team to play
and also i reccomend my home town of Ramsgate Warren Schulz and Liam quinn are immense for ryman league on it
