not well formed (invalid token) at line1 of profile0.xml

Hello,
i was playing with southampton and i was perfoming prety weel.
After 6 seasons and while i tried to load the game, sudenly appeared the message "the save game could not be loaded"
Then i tried to start a new game and appeared the message "not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of profile0.xml"
I realy got very dissapointed.
Can anybody help me please???

I can help with the new game issue;

Click the start menu
then
Username
then
AppData
then
Roaming
then
Sports Interactive
then
Football Manager 2011
then
delete the settings folder.
