Classic 4-4-2 not working as expected

Hi,

Recently started playing FM24, so quite new to this. Started with Borussia Dortmund and found a tactic online (classic 4-4-2), who worked perfectly for the guy sharing it, but for me it doesn't for now...





Could anyone assist or tell me what I'm doing wrong? 3 games played already, 4 out of 9 points against weak opponents...
