Does the swap players function in FNRTE (latest version) work in FM 11 and/or is there some restriction on who can be swapped? I have tried it a number of times and it worked once.
Seem odd that the option is available but doesn't work. From what I can find, it hasn't worked in years.
yes it is working. 
I moved Pires from Everton to Aston Villa and it worked after 3 tries. I tried moving Lnasbury from Arsenal to Norwich and Ramsey from Arsenal to Nottingham Forest a number of times and it keeps locking up FM11. Is there some trick to making this work?
Yes, I save them. When I do that the message comes up at the bottom of screen that the players have been swapped. When I go back into FM11 the swap isn't there. I go to preferences and tell it to reload and it locks up.
Did you continue the game? Cuz I think you need to continue the game to swap take place.

I tried to continue the game after FRMTE said the players were swapped and the game crashed. When I tried to restart the game it locked up my computer.

I dont think that is the problem maybe its some sort of a bug.
