can't find an Estonian wonderkid in the 25 database

I've downloaded the 24/25 database with wonderkids but I can't find Patrik Kristal (Estonian wonderkid for Paide). How can i fix that?

We filtered out any U21 players in the "new wonderkids" file who had a PA under -75. As far as I know, SirTAVARES had given Patrik Kristal a PA of -65, so he didn't make the cut.
