Season 2013/2014 npower league1
After lifting the trophy npower league 2, we move into new, I hope,full victory's season!
We arrive in a league where boys become men, where each player can advance through the roof and identically so regress, in a league where it takes „something“ from every player just to survive and really „special“ things to fight for the top! Now it's on what the main question is: To be or not be! This league can say to you: Do you belong here? or do not belong! Do we have what it takes for the big things? Or we are just an average club! This league filter everything, from player to club!
Transfers
My first option for midfield was Oliver Norwood who was released from Manchester Utd. but for some reason he accepted offer from Wycombe who dropped into npower league 2! So I was looking for some players to strengthen my midfield! I must admit that I did not know who to sign! All player's that I wanted did not wanted to come or they ask wage that my club can't handle! After looking in premiership teams, who they relesed, Chelsea released James Wallace 22yrs.old, young promising midfielder who is by my opinion replacement for Frank Lampard. After that in Liverpool have found Krisztian Adorjan 20yrs.old, who was also released, player who is AMC but can also play as striker, looking pretty good (hope he play's also good)! Then I found Alejandro Zamora spanish 29yrs.old defender who was released from Salamanca, player who I think can organize our defence. And other transfers are:
So we embarked on our journey with very good score 4-1 against Swansea. But on 3rd september I saw in media:
I was also concerned about pitch ( becouse we play short pass with quick tempo so it could have bad effect on our tactic ) and asked board again to relay pitch:
After again negative answer we lost that game in league cup against Southend 2-1 but after that game I guess it was harder for opossite teams then it was for us, so we had gone in row for 16 games without lose. We were on 3rd place and everything was brilliant. Strikers and wingers scoring, midfielders passing to them great ball's ( I would say with eyes ) and our defence was like some rock, opposite teams could not score. We ruled the midfield with 60-70% ball possession . We play'd like much bigger team's then we are. But then came DECEMBER!!! Month that I will never forget. The Month in which all our strenuous efforts fell into the water:
Well we got some records. But that was not end. This continued in january. With half season gone we dropped from 3rd place to 16th. My team and me also were devastated. We knew that what we have achieve ( 3rd place ) is really tromendus work and that ur main target for this year is avoid relegation but it was so hard to see us dropping to 16th place. We tried with different tactic with different player's but it was no use we keept losing from teams we have beat earlier. It was sad to see my team losing after great first half ( sometimes 1-0, 2-0 for us ) and then just like they stoped playing! I have saved 4 different tactic so we can defend ourself and keep positiv result but at end we were losers! I was looking for some solution to end this nightmare! I was looking and looking and looking but all things I've do at end was not good! At half january we lose 10 games of our 13 (18th place), and it did not look to good for us as npower league 1 team. After loooooong december and half of january I found solution!!! I found one tactic in old book-guide I've had:

We were back on the track, starting with win then 2 draws and lose, then my players have been familiarize with tactic and then they started to do miracles!!! As I was saying this league separates avarage player from „special one“, my „special ones“ show what they can do!!! We were on great run of 9 straight win's and row of 15 games without lose, there were no one to stop us! We break ourself to first position leaving Leyton Orient 3 points behind us and it was only 2 more games till end of season! Next game we played with Doncaster and we lose 1-0. There was now only one game left to go against Barnsley and Leyton Orient was in front of us now with better goal difference!!!
And the main game of this fantastic season has ended:
Wooow what season!!! Full of excitement and tension to the finals and to the very end!!!!

We are champions! Unbelievable! Not even in dreams we could not imagine how to raise the trophy npower league 1. I really saved the team for a fierce battle against relegation. With a couple of good reinforcements I have missed those that are supposed to be in charge. So it was goalkeeper looked very bad and the attackers of which I was expecting a lot more were only average (11 goals and 12 goals). But we fought to the end as the young lions, and for this success is grateful for the painstaking work. This season has kicked a couple of key players and a potential killer in the attack!
As I told James is a potential successor to Frank Lampard, a man with a great pass play.
Adorjan is a player that surprised me the most, a player who can play in midfield where confusion can really make the opponent's defense and attack, which easily comes in a good chance and scores!
Zamora? What can be said for this player, but fantastic! Third scorer in the club as a defender and fans player of the year! And of course with a lot of merit:

Tactics
Like last year we started with a 4-2-3-1 tactic, but as time went on and this tactic has faded or spent, I sought an alternative. After 6 consecutive defeats, I tried almost all tactics and no one had the desired effect. We just continue to lose, until I encountered the tactics which I have listed above. 4-1-1-2-2 tactic with gk as sweep keeper( suport), 2 fb (attack), 2 cb as ball playin defenders (stoper), def.midfielder as def.mid. ( support ), central mid. (attack), 2 wingers as inside forwards (attack) and 2 strikers as advanced forward (attack). For me and my team is best tactic and we will keep to it until of course (God forbid) start with the bad results.
Board
The budget for transfers was 20K and 25K for salary. As far wretch with whom I have had to cope with. Our little club is very poor, so whenever I have something demanded by the Board I get diplomatic answer that as much as they would like to also just do not have enough money!
