Help Creating transfers on their real life date for real life mode

just general help in creating future transfers on their correct date with the correct money (if applicable) also manager changes on their correct date as well with loans also, i have done england (except this current transfer window) but i am gonna do the january transfers, need some dedicated who will help and not quit after 5 minutes. will accept any help. thank you for those who are gonna skip fm25 like myself
