my addons arent working

So after i think a year of not playing i wanted to start again but with the 25 database, the issue i am running into is that none of my addons (which worked before) are working. What i did notice was that the skin i used did work but after trying to make the others work the skin also stopped working. Now i tried to add "new" ones but they are also not working. i treid reinstalling the game but that didnt work either. Does anybody have any idea what the issue might be, because i am at my wits end. literally any help would be much appreciated.
