been waiting for new the patch too and I've just started playing the witcher and I'm loving it, amazing game, 11.3 for me is gonna have to wait now until I finish it!

And another update - having finally found out what the issue was, and fixing it (the issue would only have happened on some hardware, and the code concerned is 4 years old, so it's been in there for a while) we spent the whole weekend "soak" testing (ie - having the game run without a human playing it in a special holiday mode that still does some actions) and it ran the whole weekend, on well over 100 machines, without crashing, which is very good news indeed.
Now the process of "sweep" testing has started (where a bunch of human testers try and break the game, and test out every option). This normally takes 3 days, so if all goes to plan, the data update and patch should be out this week.

thank you for this update, its the only one which seems rather reliable, let's hope it's only for three more days
Yep, last (?) patch 11.3 has just been released.
For all previous patches they released a hotfix patch as well, not sure if they'd do it again. Apart from the January transfer window update, this patch fixes about 300 issues or so; you'll find a changelist link on the page I'm linking above.

Right..Let's hope this one is the final and the perfect patch..we don't want any more hotfixes.
