New to full version - need advice please.

Hi, I just purchased 24g. Every single time I go to load my game it is telling me that the data is not found. Now I read that whenever there is an update to FM it kinda wacks out, which is why I purchased 24G as I was told that it gets updated very soon after. Can anyone advise on a fix or if there is nothing I can do?

My fm23 game doesn't load, it just saves loading gamer forever! which data folder do i need to select?
