Cannot uninstall or install FM Modifier!!!

When I wanted to uninstall FM Modifier 2.22 to install the 2.24 version, my computer crashed. And now I cannot uninstall FM Modifier 2.22 or install a newer version. When I want to uninstall it, it needs to have the FMMSetupEnglish.msi that should be in the following folder : C:\Doc&Settings\...\Localsettings\Temp.

Can somebody help me? Can somebody send me the FMMSetupEnglish.msi ?

No, I can't uninstall. It needs this FMMEnglishSetup.msi file to uninstall.
