2 problems PLEASE HELP

hi guys,

i've got my FM2011 on 2 pc's installed.on pc every time i click on the name of a player it shutsdown WITHOUT any warning.
it first ''loads'' and then shuts down.anybody got a solution??PLS

on the 2nd pc i'm in the season 2015/16 when i press training it shuts down and gives an error.
but i would LOVE if somebody got a solution for the problem on my first pc.

this question may sound obvious...
have you downloaded all the patches ?
including the newly released 11.3 ?

How old is your PC? Make sure antivirus programs are off, and where did you get your copy of FM 2011?

'SOlVED' i thought it wouldn't work if i updated it.
BUT IT ID now when i click on the name of a plaer it works thank you guys.
the training problem is also solved
