Does anybody know which attributes (normal and/or hidden) are responsible for complatency.
I think there must be at least one, because some of my players are complacent often and others never.
Anyone an idea??

I'd say low determination would count most for complacency also professionalism and possibly work rate.
I don't think determination has anything to do with it because my Napoli side has the lowest determination in Serie A, but I never got a message from my assistant saying that we have a tendency to become complacent, however on almost all my other teams that was a problem, and the squad was more determined and not ambitious, and also Napoli have a very professional squad, so I think these 2 must be.
Determination has got little to do with that I think. Ambition and profesionalism are two potential candidates...
In my game I'm gonna watch my players for complacency and gonna note down their names and view their stats via geniescout (so I can see their hidden stat and hopefully find some commen denominator in their attributes...)
