I'm currentley at Sporting CP, I've won everything domesticly and done well on the continent... I've been here for two years, made a ton of money for the club wich is considered rich and never had the choice to request an upgrade of my facilities, so i figured they were all at max... yet when i checked them with FMRTE most of them were around 17-18, why is this and how can I make sure to get them to 20?
Not sure why but if your facility ratings are at 18 or 19 it wont let you upgrade them higher to 20 no matter what. I'm guessing theres barely any difference between 18 and 20 but it would be nice to upgrade to 20 and know you have the best possible training facilities.
yhea, it's annoying as hell, especially since the teams who has 20 facilities produce shedloads of talent while my side struggle to get one true classplayer each year...
That may also be because your youth recruitment is lower than theirs though...which is usually a major factor.
