Patch 11.3 bug

Hi, I am new to these forums so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, sorry :).
But anyway, I play football manager on a mac, and I have recently downloaded the patch 11.3, but when I load up FM it goes through all the promo screens, and the loading screen, but then comes up with a black screen saying '' Processing... Processing... Please Wait.'' I have uninstalled and reinstalled FM and still have the same problem after downloading 11.3. Any ideas on what is causing this?
