I have tried to change the weight of rating of a player in Genie scout.

however, i found that the factors whose weighting can be changed in Genie scout are not all the factors affect a player's rating.

for example, assuming there are totally three attributes of a player, i found if i set the weightings as (1,1,1), the rating of a player A is 60%, and if i set the weighting as (2,2,2), the rating of player A becomes 70%. I think there are some factors whose weighting cannot be changed by the users of Genie Scout.

Anyone know anything of this? thanks a lot!
I think what you are refering to is the settings where you decide how much each attribute should be taken consideration when GS rates the players ... you can change this by pressing the "GS-button" then go to "% rating" and finnaly "edit player rating"
You're right Bloodstone.
Try to put all the coefficients to 0 with the reset filter button and you will see what's happen... strange !
This problem exist since many years in GS.
Last years, i used the CSV export function to use my own rating system but we can't export no more !

Maybe Eugene can tell us how to disable this ?
