Crash Dumps

I decided to create the New York Cosmos and enter them into the MLS, to do this is removed The New York Redbulls too make room for them, and signed up only players that were out of contract. Anyway merely a few days into to the game and i keep getting this:

Now i've deleted crash dumps, but the file keeps reappearing every time. Does anyone know how to fix this because i spent ages making them and it'd be a bit of a disappointment not being able to play on!

Look in here that solution didn't work for me but you might try it.

This is only my opinion. Well since you removed a club from the database( or made them extinct, whatever), The games NY bulls had to play would generate errors. Instead you can rename the bulls back to cosmos and remove all history without altering the game.
