Newbie needs advices on FM09

Hello,

I have played Fm09 for few months now and I have managed to end of the second season and I wan't to fix my player order (Pic below)


it should be something like this:
Casillas

Marcelo
Pepe
Cannavaro
Ramos
Alonso
Veloso
Drenthe
Özil
Ronaldo
hiquain

Right?
I play 4-2-3-1.
So how do I get them in right order, I have no idea how I managed to mess up, players play in right position tought.

Oh also do I have to set both players to swap position or just one? like Drenthe swaps with ronaldo and ronaldo swaps with drenthe? or just ronaldo swaps?
