I upload mine to photobucket and copy the [url] file and it comes up. There are other ways - that's just my way of doing things.[/url]

mate, u should have a 'control panel' on the page. top right. it says 'my file space' and such things.
go to my file space, and there u can upload your own things. and upload images and such.

well how do you make the screenshot a file
you mean first you press 'prtsc' or something similair, a key on ur keyboard that is.
then u open pain, press 'ctrl+v' and the picture shows up there, save the picture as a .jpg or whatever u prefer.
upload it on the net(imageshack etc).
and then when posting a message have the link to the file inbetween: '[img ][ /img]'. without the spacings.
