Create a new world?

Hi everyone, I hope to create new nations, new cups and new leagues. is it possible?
I found a tool called Oskarsson's EDT Maker , can it help?

mate, u already have a editor when u install fm.

it is in the FM map. or if u got the start menu and find football manager it should be there.

its easy from there, just load ur databas, then just browse urself through it, creating new leagues and such shouldnt be difficult.
