Hay guys im using patch 1.3 in fm11 and i loaded up scout to see how good other players are and it seems no one comes close to messi and ronaldo so my question is will the game ever generate players of that quality again?

Well if your planning on using the scout when buying players as well you'll have no problem getting those kind of players as many young regens have higher PA, you just need to nursure them right
I think every player with a good PA could be turned into a promising star!
One of my key investments every season is my staff!
I try to sign at least one trainer for each specific training like ball control, offensive and so on, and I use some training schedules created by someone here on FM Scout!
i.e. I signed Douglas Costa in the beginnig of the season, and Genie told me that he would never be as good as Neymar, but now in mid February, I went on Genie again and it told me that Douglas would be about 10% better than Neymar!
That's a good way to create those wonder players like Messi
