After their new manager's arrival young Spartak team go beyond to all expectations so far. In Premiere Division, they scored 35 goals in only 14 matches, and they just conceded 6 goals. This young team started to show some sparks at pre-season. They won their every friendly game at least with two goal margin. In Luzhniki they draw with giant AC Milan (0-0) In all those games Spartak Moscow seemed like a team that has no weaknesses. Fluid attacking game with a solid defense. That's what their new head coach bring to the pitches of Luzhniki. After beating Villareal in EURO League they saw the darkness in Denmark. After losing the first leg against FC Kobevnhavn (4-2) their new manager spoke with high confidence; "We'll pass the round in Moscow" And, they fully delivered it with a magnificent (4-0) win. Main offensive players like Alex, Welliton, and McGeady was tired, and everyone was curious about "What Spartak going do against Lokomotiv without those guys?" Well, Spartak crushed their rival with the youngsters, and the tactical genious of their head coach (4-1) Jano, and Yakovlev was the stars of this match. Spartak's fixture was becoming harder, and harder. And, they show that miracles can happen around Luzhniki. First, they won against Amkar in an away game. Five days later they beat Villa (2-1) Everyone in Moscow started to dream about brining the EURO League Cup to Moscow. Only two days after Villa game, they beat Zenit (1-0) Once again young players of Spartak was at the stage, and Ari who comes from the bench scored the victory goal at 90+2. No one was able to stop them. "First eleven player or not, who got the Spartak shirt plays the same in my team" said the head coach. In return, Spartak beat Villa again in Villa Park (2-1) After the results he got so far everyone in sports media agreed that "The Spartak's manager is a tactical genius" Spartak was in the final against Juve. But, before that, tired Moscow team gave a huge exam after two days from the Villa game against their fierce rival CSKA (0-0) They wes unbeatible, no one has a doubt. With their very young manager, this club seems to will become one of the Europe's biggest powerhouses in the near future.
