who are the richest clubs on football manager 2011?
I don't necessarily mean the big clubs, I am looking for an average side with a load of money, kind of like man city and I would like the team to be in England but will take suggestions from elsewhere...

That depends on the leagues you select, but for instance you have Shaktar and Dinamo Kiev in the Ucranian league, both with a transfer budget of around 30M €, and already very good players in their squad so you may spend as you wish!
