force new stadium?

My board keeps refusing to build a new stadium although my balance is rich and my stadium is sold out every game.
Is there a way to "force" a new stadion via FMRTE or something like that?

on fmrte, load your club, click on info screen, at bottom click on your stadium, in new window edit your stadiums "capacity" "seating" and "capacity used" to a new realistic size, increase it by like 20 000 seats or something.
