I have recently left Foggia which I got to serie B before resigning to take over at Cardiff who have recently found themselves in th premiership. I have £10m Trandfer Budget and £250k Wage Budget and they are currently spending £200k on wages before I have had chance to get rid of any deadwood. I have recently got rid of all my current staff keeping the occasional few such as physio's but I am bringing in my own coaches mainly from Foggia. I played 41212 at Foggia but with the move to the premiership am thinking of playing 41221 with one DM and a AML and AMR in the two behind the striker that will get down the wings. Or may play 4231 like the dutch do with 3 attacking players behind the striker.
What do people think as I have never played much premier league and this game and often like to play passing football like at Foggia. This is my first forum post please be kind haha :-)
Premier League the main focus is defense, you need to establish a good back-line and then build from there. Midfield wise you usually need to focus the formation in relation to which parts are most creative, such as an AML and AMR instead of a RM if they pose more of a goal threat. Also make sure you use match preparation with both of those formations.

And welcome to the site
Thanks Im definately going to build a strong defence I am always really proud of my defences and as long as they cannot score it will get you one point at least haha
