Using Genie Scout

Recently downloaded Genie Scout, and read about it, how do you find most of these "newgens" because I look them up on the database, and then look at them on FM if I find them, and they don't have stats???? How will these stats show up??

There is some problems with naming in genie scout I think, the people will have different names but you can find them with the club names.
