Could do with some help on a good tactic for blackpool

Hey guys ive been reading a lot of posts from everyone now for a good few months and finally decided to join the site, anyway i have recently started a career at Blackpool and chose to set my season objective as mid table. I started really well with a win at bolton but then got rotten luck having to face man city, man utd and chelsea in a row. I am currently using a 4-1-3-2 formation that really isnt working out. I would like to point out this is the hardest challenge i have had on football manager and i have had some great careers including getting altrincham to league one before getting a corrupted file anyway if anyone knows a good tactic that they reommend for blackpool it will be highly appreciated.thankyou.

i've manage alot small clubs and best tactic was 4-4-2 but its how u make the players move on field... for example if u have some great dmf play him with df role mr and ml I put to side mf and to attack also u need to see who is from ur strikers better to play as deep lying forward who's duty is support and othere one is advanced forward with duty attack... also how ur team play's. I play with very fluid attacking with shorter passes with pressing more up and zonal marking... That tactic made my teams won lot of games and gaind lot of promotion's so maybe that can help u also
