Please use common sense when choosing a topic title. "Help" is definitely not a valid choice; I mean would you open a topic with such a vague subject?

As per my recommendation for what team to be, I'd suggest trying a team from a country you haven't tried before but still a top team... such as CSKA Moscow in case you haven't tried the Russian league yet.

Try Malaga. Decent money and some good players.

If you want a better team but not in higest leagues in Europe I would recommend leagues like MLS or some South American first divisions.
