Im having a lot of trouble with my Man city team they play well against top teams or similarly ranked teams with 1-0 wins against united and a 4-1 win against fenerbahce but when it comes to teams like Newcastle i get beat and seem just to struggle is their anyway of getting your players to become more motivated to playing against lower reputation teams?

In team talk you could when playing at home you could say that you expect victory.
Is that the only thing i lose agaisnt dreadful teams and beat the best its so weird!
maybe you just put them in a different mentality going into the game and/or different team talks...it's just sounds like your players are getting complacent.
