First of all, somehow I've created a good tactic for my team using a 4-5-1/4-3-3 formation.

POACHER-ATTACK
WINGER-SUPPORT/WINGER-SUPPORT
CENTRAL MIDFIELDER-ATTACK/ADVANCE PLAYMAKER-SUPPORT
ANCHOR MAN-DEFEND
FULLBACK-SUPPORT/CENTRAL DEFENDER-STOPPER/CENTRAL DEFENDER-DEFEND//FULLBACK-SUPPORT
I know many of you have lots of experience in FM and I hope you can share your knowledge regarding my concerns.
FIRST PROBLEM:
Here's what usually happen in attack, the ball is distributed by either the MCR playmaker by through balls or y the wingers' crosses/trough balls; MCL is in super attack mode and becomes my second pseudoforward while moving into channels; and the Poacher times his runs for all the balls thrown to him.
Now, it really annoys me when we are in counter-attack and my lone forward wanders in the flanks instead of timing his runs in the middle. When he gets the ball, he sometimes runs in the flanks leaving nobody in the middle to receive crosses and through balls. When this happens, almost everytime, the attack is broken and it restarts. How do I tell my forward to stay in the middle at all times or just wander in the channels and not go all the way to the touch line leaving nobody in the middle and occupying the space supposedly for the wingers to make their move?
SECOND PROBLEM:
I have very good wingers and when we are in attack, they cause a lot of problems for the opposing team. But there are times when they attack going to the byline, they shoot from tight angles even when there are players that are obviously unmarked in the center of the box just waiting for their pass. When I play football in real life our manager scolds me when I am in a very tight angle and still goes for goal even though I have teammates in the middle waiting for my pass. They always shout, "center the ball". Now how do I tell my players to "center the ball" always when they are in tight angles?
I have been playing FM for a while now and these questions haunt me since I started. I still don't have answers and I hope the more experienced people here can help me. THANK YOU in advance.
P.S. Theses scenarios are when we are in counter-attack. When my team is not in counter-attack, players move and pass pretty well.
