How long should my download link take?

I purchased the game via this site 2 hours ago, and I still haven't received my download link - is this normal?

Are you sure the payment was processed successfully? Because I'm not seeing a sale done during the time margin you just described.

Normally you should receive your order's confirmation email within a few minutes once payment is successful.

Positive it worked, i've checked my paypal account. the invoice id was 9072253.

Alright then, please use the contact form in the link I mentioned on my previous reply and customer support will take care of this; it would be good to input your payment receipt number there and select the right reason of the request (eg. order confirmation code not received).

And just in case, make sure you check your "junk/spam" folder for that confirmation code email.

I'll just have to wait patiently for a reply now! Not making the most of my day off of work, was hoping to be halfway through a season by now!
