How many seasons is the game because in fifa 11 u can play to 2026 then the game is done when will this game end??
If i cant achieve the what the club asked me for will i get the kick in my butt or will i get a second chance

1. There is no limit, no game over; you can play as much as you like.
2. If you can't achieve what you promised your board at the start of the season (season expectations), it's likely you might get sacked if you failed too much. I mean if you said title challenge and you end up qualifying for Europa, it should be fine. You could tell the board you need more time (through board interaction) and they'll probably agree due to a number of reasons (could be you've been unlucky with injuries).
