Confusion on which team to manage

Hi All... I am in a big dilema... i am in the fourth season with Tottenhan and won the league and the euro cup... a 'world class manager', adore by fans/board....
after finishing the transfers for the season for tottenham i got a job offer to barca... with $190M- transfer budget...
i have saved two path -- with me handling tottenham and barcelona... completed transfers in both... now confused which path should i take... stay with tottenham or move to barcelona
(new) major players at tottenham:pastore, sanchez, luis suarez, vidal, simon kjaer,marcelo,neymar (formation 4-2-3-1)
(new) major players at barcelona: tevez, nurin sahin, sakho,neuer (formation 4-5-1)

Did you win Champions League with Tottenham, if so, then you can move on, but if you only won Europa League...stay with the spurs, you still have some challenges to complete :). For me, always after leaving a club I felt bored and didn't really continue the game.

in four years of managing a team, you sometimes feel attached to those players and are reluctant to leave. as tomy said, you still have some chalenges left at tottenham but it really depends on what did you had in mind when you started this game. if you start a game with a random team and you're looking to manage bigger and bigger teams, then a move to barcelona will be you're carrer highlight, but if you starte a game with tottenham then you should stay and continue you're work. maybe after you'll win the UCL with them, you should try to change clubs

i am a big addict of this game.... this must be the 6th or 7th time i am starting this game.... for long time i had deleted everything to get out of this addiction.... but presently the addiction caught me back.....
