Ok so I have started a new career managing AFC Telford in the Conference North and I need some suggestions of what players I should get but they need to pass these 3 tests. 1) On their personal information they must be able to speak english (basic or not) Or can learn it fast. 2) Must be free or very low priced so I can get them. 3) Is willing to join a Conference North/South team. So if anyone can give some suggestions that would be really helpful, thank you
