What is your favourite two formations and why?

Npower league 2: 4-4-2 Boring but good for team which has poor financial status
Hyundai a league (Australia): 4-3-1-2 My favorite formation as it gives more attacking opportunities
Otherwise,I normally use 4-1-2-2-1 Counter attack.
